Managed from the corporate headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany, the Group provides specialized logistics through three main business units: ocean shipping, port & terminal operations and logistics project services. The group traces its origin to the early 1970s when the founder and main shareholder commenced as a niche shipping operator specializing in the steel industry. Since then, Martrade has expanded its service offering to include logistics door-to-door services, port, and terminal operations and value-added services.

He founded the company in 1992, expanding its services, creating joint-ventures with local partners, and offering consultancy to governments in several countries for the development and modernization of infrastructure plans. In addition to his core business, Mr. Hahn has interests in various companies worldwide, including real estate, mining, IT, fashion and agriculture.
Mr. Sergej Pelih is an accomplished financial expert with over 8 years of experience at PwC. He excels in strategic finance and tax management, cashflow planning, controlling and budgeting, reporting and consolidation of financial statements. His strategic approach and expertise have been invaluable in achieving Martrade Group's goals.

Mr. Coen Walder completed his education at the Marine Academy, where he earned the Master Mariner degree in 1986. With nearly 35 years of experience in planning, executing, and auditing ship-to-shore operations at container, dry bulk, and breakbulk terminals, Mr. Walder has vast expertise in port captaincy, stevedoring and port infrastructure and equipment.
Mr. Ramesh Kavoori is a master Mariner with 37 years of diversified experience in shipping business and related operations. Acknowledged for ground breaking efforts in logistical solutions and his personal centre of influence boasts network of key executives across the sector.
