Investment and trade opportunities between Germany and Iraq

Following the visit of H. E. Martin Jäger, German ambassador to Iraq to Martrade terminals a few months ago, we had the pleasure to meet with Iraqi Prime Minister M. Al Sudani and other top Iraqi officials as part of a German business delegation. The purpose of the meetings was to discuss investment and trade opportunities between Iraq and Germany in a context of economic diversification.

Prime Minister M. Al Sudani emphasized his efforts to attract foreign investments by creating a favorable and secure business environment for international companies. The Martrade Group representatives have also visited several provinces of Iraq and attended trade forums to strengthen existing partnerships and explore new opportunities.
